P90X: Week 4 Day 1


OH NO!  I fell off the wagon.  I ate ice cream on Saturday and Mexican food on Sunday.  As freaking guilty as I felt in my head and heart, my taste buds, belly and couch loved me.  The workout that killed me last week was the one I originally thought was going to be the easiest, Yoga X.  I think I over stretched, but I was able to get my toes to touch behind my head, two weeks ago this seemed very unnatural.  The workout changes this week.  I am not exactly sure how yet, but I am sure it’s not going to be easier.  This is the start of week 4 and I will post pictures later today.  More to come this week.
