Rafael Lovato Jr has seen it all and done it all. The Carlos Machado black belt has asserted himself as one of—if not the best—grapplers in the world today. The large, imposing figure has so many ways to ending a match and he knows it, just as his opponents know it.

When listening to Rafael go over the Seal The Deal course, I was amazed as to how well everything seemed to flow together. The attention to detail was fantastic, and he truly left no stone unturned in his journey to help you become a better grappler.
