Dean Lister…

…will be hosting a no-gi grappling, jiu-jitsu seminar in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles at the Tapout Training Center.

Dean Lister is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Jeffrey Higgs with a background in Wrestling and experience in Sambo. An MMA veteran having competed in important organizations such as Pride and UFC, Dean Lister gained notoriety in 2003 after winning the ADCC in the open weight division. Just recently he added a new title to his already huge collection becoming the 2011 ADCC world champion (under 99kg division).
