I started the program today. The nutrition shouldn’t be THAT hard. I am hungry, but I will know more by day 3 or 4. I will take the first set of pictures tonight before the first workout.
For Breakfast:
1 cup of Raisin Bran
1 cup of 2% milk
Lunch:
Tilapia Filet 6oz
1 cup of salad
Snack:
Fruit (apple)
We got the protein and recovery drink. So I think I will drink the protein after the workout and the recovery drink with the afternoon snack. I will try to keep a personal journal of how I felt on certain days and get Emily to do the same.
You should call Emily and tell her YOU need pictures of before, during and after the program she may listen to you about the pics.
