From the Gracie Diet - Smoothie (Quick and Easy)

The Gracie Diet Smoothie, To Get You Juiced!

Bananas blended with watermelon and white cheese (Fresco or Ranchero)

2  bananas
¼ watermelon
2 oz white cheese (Fresco or Ranchero)
*Juice Bag -- Available from the gracie Store at http://www.gracieacademy.com


Peel and add the bananas and cheese into a blender.  Remove rind from watermelon.  Cut into manageable pieces.  Put pieces in watermelon juice bag and squeeze juice into blender.  Blend on high.

The Gracie Diet

Outside of experience in Brazailian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), diet can separate the good from the great in jiu jitsu.The Gracie diet divides foods up into four main groups and then dictates which groups for jiu jitsu practicioners that can be combined with other groups. There are many smaller details too, like only one hot meal a day, try to use only fresh produce, steer clear of pork, etc.
