The Gracie Diet Smoothie, To Get You Juiced!

Bananas blended with watermelon and white cheese (Fresco or Ranchero)

2  bananas
¼ watermelon
2 oz white cheese (Fresco or Ranchero)
*Juice Bag — Available from the Gracie Store at http://www.gracieacademy.com

[span class=”attention”]Peel and add the bananas and cheese into a blender.  Remove rind from watermelon.  Cut into manageable pieces.  Put pieces in watermelon juice bag and squeeze juice into blender.  Blend on high.[/span]
